Garrity counts Susan B. Anthony List among her supporters, a group that supports a national abortion ban and is fighting to restrict access to reproductive care “in every state and every legislature” including Pennsylvania.
Garrity proudly accepted endorsements from groups that are fighting to ban abortion at the state and federal level.

Garrity counts four of Pennsylvania’s fake electors among her financial supporters, and five of them served on her Treasury Transition committee.
In 2020, Garrity’s campaign joined an effort by the Trump campaign to invalidate the ballots of over 2,000 Pennsylvania voters.
